Sony inks deals with six major studios to deliver film over the PlayStation Network (Geek.com)
It’s been a pretty good week for Sony’s PlayStation 3 division. Yesterday, an analyst group came out of left field and rather unexpectedly announced that they expected the PS3 to outsell both the Nintendo Wii and the Xbox 360 over the course of the console’s lifetime… which goes against conventional wisdom, to say the least.

Man in break-ins accepts plea deal (The Hawk Eye)
Man allegedly stole from Iowa Workforce Center. Cornell Alexander Fields, the Burlington man police say broke into the Iowa Workforce Center building as well as a home, will not go to trial for the charges after accepting a plea agreement from Des Moines County prosecutors.
